A week ago I received some information that had me concerned that I may have been a victim of identity theft. I wanted my credit reports immediately and Scoresense was the avenue I chose to get them.

However, when I needed to pay the fee of $1 for a free trial week the system would not accept either of my (in good standing) cards but accepted a third which I didn't really want to use.

Today I phoned to let the company know about it and they tried but they could not get them accepted either. It had nothing to do with my cards but everything to do with their system. So I canceled my membership. Very disappointing.

Maybe they should do an upgrade or something to fix the problem or they will be losing business and people will start calling their banks to find out what is wrong with their cards. Another headache!
