I looked at my bank statement and saw a $39.95 charge from ScoreSense. This charge was deducted on a Sunday and when I called customer service I was told that since "I had received services" there was a strong possibility I would not receive my refund.
I was told that I received a welcome email....guess what the so called welcome email went to my SPAM and until this conversation I did not know anything about a welcome email. suffice it say I am filing a complaint. It's bad enough they charge you for your credit scores but then to say you have to pay $39.395 for a service you do not want is absurd.
NEVER EVER USE SCORE SENSE! THE ABSOLUTE WORST!
