on may 30th I signed up with scoresense to check a credit score. I had till june 6th to cancel my, 1 dollar refundable, membership.
I missed to june 6th deadline and called them on June 9th to cancel my membership and to request a refund. as of june 20 i have received the 1 dollar refunnd but have not received a refund of $39.95. I called again on June 20 and spoke to Albert, he was very stern and offered to resubmit the refund request but gave me no possibility of get the refund since I missed the june 6th deadline. I want my Money back!
minus the 3 days past the june 6th deadline. Please Prorate my active days and return the remaining balance.
