Ive tried to call and cancel my membership multiple times even during their advertised business hours and it says their closed. They dont allow you to cancel online even though they let you sign up online.

I tried to cancel prior to the end of the promotion period and havent been able to. They've since charged my account $80 and i got my so called "free" report back in December. They've charged me for 2 months when its clearly not been 2 months.

They are a terrible company. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!
