As I was preparing my taxes, I noticed a monthly charge on my bank statement in the amount of 39.95 by Scorsense.I called the telephone number on the bank statement.
The call was answered as Scorsense. After wading through the typical computerese, a so-called customer representative listened to my complaint, apologized profusely and stated that they understood completely. When I demanded a return of my money, the quibbling started. After ten or so calls, the initial one dollar plus three 39.95 payments have been returned.
This bunch of crooks owes me another 7 such payments.
I am now being blamed for not cancelling (I didn't order this in the first place) within the deadline for cancelling which this outfit apparently imposes.I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General.
Reason of review: Fraudulent charges.
Monetary Loss: $280.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Being screwed.
