As I was preparing my taxes, I noticed a monthly charge on my bank statement in the amount of 39.95 by Scorsense. I called the telephone number on the bank statement.
The call was answered as Scorsense. After wading through the typical computerese, a so-called customer representative listened to my complaint, apologized profusely and stated that they understood completely. When I demanded a return of my money, the quibbling started. After ten or so calls, the initial one dollar plus three 39.95 payments have been returned.
This bunch of crooks owes me another 7 such payments.
I am now being blamed for not cancelling (I didn't order this in the first place) within the deadline for cancelling which this outfit apparently imposes. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General.
Reason of review: Fraudulent charges.
Monetary Loss: $280.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Being screwed.
