I have called 'Customer Service' (that's a laugh) FOUR times and EVERY TIME..I PRESS 5...THE OPTION TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP..wait on hold and then, get a REALLY NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON..Louise was the last one...AS SOON AS I SAY I WANT TO CANCEL...THEY HANG UP ON ME!!! ONE TIME, this could be an unexpected disconnect...SECOND TIME..I'm a little 'angry' THIRD AND FOURTH I'M SOOOO ANGRY!!!
I have called my bank and authorized them to 'decline' payment!! I am going to write them AGAIN..but this time send it UPS with SIGNATURE REQUIRED..I can't help but feel this is a total scam...if they just took my cancellation, said they were sorry to see me go...blah blah..I wouldn't have an issue with them in anyway
