I moved from one state to another and switched credit unions.In doing so I changed over everything to my new card except for my scoresense account.
After being shut down, without notification, after over a year of loyalty I tried to get my account back on track. The wonderful cutomer service manager told me that they were unable to get my account back and I would have to pay three dollars more a month if I wanted to continue my service.
I told them I would find a company that cares about their customers instead of shutting them down and refusing to help!I could not believe I wasted over a year with their company!
